During my stay, I was particularly disturbed by noise from an event below my room that extended much longer than expected, affecting my ability to rest. The room itself had a faint, unpleasant smell upon arrival, which dampened my initial excitement. the breakfast options were quite basic and could benefit from more variety, particularly for vegetarians.

The spacious Superior Double room felt like a luxurious retreat, enhancing our overall experience.
The room felt hot during our stay, especially as there was no air-conditioning.

absolutely loved the decor at Hansa, but my room was sweltering in late September, and NO AC! the shower leaked and the mat turned into a soggy disaster, delightful. oh, and shockingly, I received no complimentary treats—definitely expected better service.
